1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• “MYDRAPART” – MYDRAPART SRL, the entity managing the accommodation.
• “Guest” – the person making the booking and all persons staying in the property.
• “Property” – the accommodation unit managed by MYDRAPART.
• “Booking” – a confirmed reservation for accommodation.
• “Website” – the official MYDRAPART website.
• “Platform” – third-party booking platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO.

2. Scope of Application

These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings, stays, and services provided by MYDRAPART SRL, including bookings made directly through the Website and, where applicable, through third-party Platforms.

By confirming a Booking, the Guest accepts these Terms & Conditions in full.

3. Contract Formation

A legally binding accommodation contract is concluded at the moment the Booking is confirmed.

The Guest confirms that:

• they are at least 18 years old,
• they have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement,
• all information provided is true and accurate.

MYDRAPART reserves the right to refuse or cancel a Booking in case of false information, violation of these Terms, or security concerns.

4. Prices, Payments and Fees

Prices are indicated in the selected currency and apply only to the booked stay.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• utilities, additional services, and optional services are not included,
• transaction, processing, and bank fees are non-refundable.

Payment methods and payment schedules depend on the booking channel used.

5. Check-in and Check-out

Standard stay times are:

• Check-in: from 16:00
• Check-out: until 11:00

Early check-in or late check-out:

• is not guaranteed,
• requires prior written confirmation from MYDRAPART,
• may be subject to additional fees.

Without confirmation, standard times apply.

6. Guest Obligations

The Guest agrees to:

• comply with these Terms & Conditions,
• follow all house rules and safety instructions,
• respect neighbors, property, and local regulations,
• use the Property responsibly and for accommodation purposes only.

Violation of obligations may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.

7. House Rules and Safety

The following are strictly prohibited:

• smoking inside the Property,
• parties, events, or gatherings,
• pets (unless explicitly permitted),
• excessive noise, especially during quiet hours (22:00–06:00).

Plumbing rule:

Due to local infrastructure, nothing may be flushed down the toilet except water. All waste must be disposed of in bins.

8. Electricity and Utilities

Electricity is not included in the accommodation price and is charged based on actual consumption (kWh), according to local regulations and meter readings.

The Guest acknowledges that electricity costs may vary depending on usage, particularly air conditioning.

9. Early Check-in and Late Check-out

Early check-in and late check-out are optional services:

• subject to availability and cleaning schedules,
• available only upon confirmation,
• subject to additional fees.

MYDRAPART is not liable if such services cannot be provided.

10. Damages and Liability

The Guest is fully responsible for any damage caused during the stay, including:

• damage to the Property, equipment, or furnishings,
• damage resulting from violation of house rules,
• costs of repair, replacement, or additional cleaning.

MYDRAPART reserves the right to charge the Guest or initiate claims via the booking Platform.

11. Complaints and Claims

Any complaints must be reported:

• immediately during the stay, or
• no later than 24 hours after check-out.

Complaints submitted after this period may not be considered.

12. Force Majeure

MYDRAPART shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• natural disasters (e.g. hurricanes),
• power or water outages,
• government actions or restrictions,
• transportation disruptions.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Dominican Republic.

14. Language

These Terms & Conditions are prepared in English.

In the event of discrepancies between language versions, the English version shall prevail.

15. Amendments

MYDRAPART SRL reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.

The version published on the Website at the time of Booking applies.
