Cancellation policy

  1. Scope and Purpose

This Cancellation Policy defines the rules and consequences of cancelling a reservation made for accommodation managed by MYDRAPART SRL.

This policy applies to:

  • direct bookings made via the MYDRAPART website, and
  • bookings made via third-party platforms, unless the platform’s policy displayed at checkout explicitly states otherwise.

By confirming a reservation, the Guest acknowledges and accepts this Cancellation Policy in full.

  1. Free Cancellation – 30 Days Before Arrival

If the Guest cancels the reservation at least 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the Guest is entitled to a 100% refund of the total booking amount, including applicable taxes and mandatory fees.

No justification for cancellation is required within this period.

  1. Partial Refund – 14 to 30 Days Before Arrival

If the Guest cancels the reservation between 14 and 30 days before arrival, the Guest is entitled to a 50% refund of the total booking amount.

The remaining 50% is retained by MYDRAPART as compensation for blocked availability, lost revenue, and operational costs.

  1. Non-Refundable – Less Than 14 Days Before Arrival

If the reservation is cancelled less than 14 days before the scheduled arrival date, the booking becomes non-refundable.

In such cases:

  • no accommodation charges are refunded,
  • only a proportional refund of taxes, where required by applicable law, may apply.

The Guest acknowledges that short-notice cancellations make re-letting the Property highly unlikely.

  1. No-Show Policy

If the Guest fails to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior cancellation, the reservation is considered a no-show.

In the event of a no-show:

  • the full booking amount is retained,
  • no refund is issued,
  • the reservation is automatically cancelled after the first night.

  1. Early Departure

In the event of early departure for any reason, including personal circumstances, illness, travel disruptions, or dissatisfaction not attributable to MYDRAPART, no refund is issued for unused nights.

  1. Refund Method and Processing Time

Approved refunds are:

  • processed exclusively to the original payment method,
  • typically completed within 5–10 business days.

MYDRAPART is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment processors, or currency conversion.

Transaction, processing, and bank fees are non-refundable.

  1. Extraordinary Circumstances

MYDRAPART does not provide refunds for circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to:

  • flight cancellations or delays,
  • personal emergencies, illness, or accidents,
  • adverse weather conditions,
  • government restrictions or travel advisories.

Guests are strongly advised to purchase travel insurance covering cancellation, interruption, and unforeseen events.

  1. Platform Bookings

For reservations made via third-party platforms (e.g. Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO), the cancellation policy displayed on the platform at the time of booking prevails, even if it differs from this policy.

MYDRAPART bears no responsibility for refunds issued or withheld by third-party platforms.

  1. Chargebacks and Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting MYDRAPART may be treated as a breach of these terms.

MYDRAPART reserves the right to:

  • provide booking documentation to payment processors,
  • contest unjustified chargebacks,
  • recover associated costs where permitted by law.

  1. Amendments

MYDRAPART SRL reserves the right to amend this Cancellation Policy at any time.

The version published on the website at the time the reservation is confirmed applies.
