Terms & Conditions

Last updated: September 2026

These Terms & Conditions govern direct reservations and accommodation-related services provided by MYDRAPART S.R.L. (“MYDRAPART”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

They apply to reservations made directly through www.mydrapart.com, by email, WhatsApp or through another direct communication channel with MYDRAPART.

Reservations made through third-party platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com or VRBO may also be subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant platform.

By making a reservation, submitting payment or using our accommodation services, the guest acknowledges and agrees to the applicable booking conditions.

1. About MYDRAPART

MYDRAPART S.R.L. provides property management, short-term vacation rental and accommodation-related services in the Dominican Republic.

Company: MYDRAPART S.R.L.

Registered address: Italia Plaza, Plaza Punta Cana 15, Bávaro Tourist Area, Salvaleón de Higüey, La Altagracia 23000, Dominican Republic

2. Reservations

A reservation is not considered fully confirmed until the required payment has been received and MYDRAPART has issued or communicated confirmation of the reservation.

The reservation confirmation, invoice or payment instructions may specify:

  • the accommodation;
  • check-in and check-out dates;
  • number of guests;
  • accommodation price;
  • cleaning or other applicable charges;
  • taxes;
  • required deposit;
  • remaining balance;
  • payment deadline; and
  • any special conditions applicable to the reservation.

The guest is responsible for reviewing the reservation details and informing MYDRAPART promptly of any errors.

3. Prices

Accommodation prices may vary according to property, season, length of stay, occupancy, availability and other booking conditions.

The price communicated in the reservation offer or confirmation applies to that specific reservation.

Additional charges may apply where clearly disclosed, including cleaning fees, pet fees, electricity charges, optional services, taxes and payment-processing charges where applicable.

4. Taxes

Applicable taxes are charged in accordance with Dominican Republic requirements.

For direct reservations, applicable taxes, including ITBIS where required, will be displayed or communicated as part of the payment terms, invoice or reservation confirmation.

The tax treatment of a reservation may depend on the particular payment or service.

5. Payment

The amount and timing of payment are stated in the applicable reservation offer, invoice or payment instructions.

Depending on the reservation, MYDRAPART may offer payment arrangements including:

  • an advance deposit followed by payment of the remaining balance;
  • full payment in advance; or
  • another payment schedule agreed in writing.

For reservations using the standard deposit arrangement, a portion of the reservation price may be paid online to secure the booking, with the remaining balance payable according to the confirmation or invoice.

The payment conditions stated in the individual reservation confirmation or invoice prevail.

6. Payment Methods

Available payment methods may include:

  • PayPal;
  • bank transfer;
  • payment card or payment link;
  • other electronic payment methods made available by MYDRAPART; and
  • cash in USD where specifically agreed for the remaining balance.

The available payment methods may vary depending on the reservation.

Payments are considered received when they have successfully reached MYDRAPART or the relevant payment provider has confirmed the transaction.

7. Payment Processing Fees

Certain payment methods may involve transaction or processing fees.

Where a payment-processing fee applies, it will be disclosed to the guest as part of the payment instructions or before payment.

Any fee charged must be paid together with the corresponding payment amount.

Fees charged by the guest’s own bank, card issuer or other financial institution are the guest’s responsibility.

8. Payment Deadlines

A reservation offer may be subject to a payment deadline.

Where payment is not received within the stated period, MYDRAPART may cancel the unpaid reservation or release the selected dates for other guests.

A reservation should not be considered secured solely because an enquiry, quotation or payment link has been provided.

MYDRAPART will confirm when the reservation has been secured.

9. Check-In and Check-Out

Unless otherwise confirmed in writing:

Check-in: from 4:00 PM

Check-out: by 11:00 AM

Guests must follow the check-in instructions provided before arrival.

Self check-in may be used at certain properties.

Access instructions, entry codes or other security information provided to guests are confidential and should not be shared with unauthorized persons.

10. Early Check-In and Late Check-Out

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Additional charges may apply.

Where MYDRAPART agrees to an early check-in or late check-out, the applicable conditions and fee will be communicated to the guest.

An unauthorized late departure may result in additional charges where it interferes with cleaning, maintenance or the arrival of another guest.

11. Guest Information and Occupancy

The guest making the reservation is responsible for providing accurate information concerning the number of guests.

The number of persons staying in the accommodation must not exceed the permitted occupancy unless MYDRAPART has provided prior written approval.

The primary guest must be legally capable of entering into the reservation agreement and is responsible for the reservation and the conduct of accompanying guests.

Unauthorized guests or excessive occupancy may result in additional charges or termination of the stay where reasonably necessary.

12. Children

Children are welcome in properties where the accommodation permits them.

Parents, guardians or responsible adults remain responsible for the supervision and safety of children throughout the stay.

Any property-specific restrictions or safety information communicated by MYDRAPART must be followed.

13. Pets

Pets are permitted only where expressly approved in advance.

Pet acceptance depends on the individual property and, where applicable, the property owner’s authorization or complex rules.

Additional pet charges may apply and will be communicated before confirmation.

Guests are responsible for:

  • supervising their pet;
  • preventing damage or excessive disturbance;
  • following applicable complex rules; and
  • leaving the accommodation in reasonable condition.

Additional cleaning or damage caused by a pet may be charged separately.

14. Property Rules

Guests must use the accommodation responsibly and comply with reasonable property and residential-complex rules.

Guests must not:

  • cause excessive noise or disturbance;
  • organize unauthorized parties or events;
  • engage in illegal activity;
  • intentionally or negligently damage the property;
  • interfere with security systems or access controls; or
  • allow unauthorized persons to access the accommodation.

Rules concerning swimming pools, beaches, parking, common areas and other facilities may differ between residential complexes.

Guests must comply with the rules applicable to the property in which they are staying.

15. Security and Access

For security reasons, guests must take reasonable care of keys, access cards, remotes, entry codes and other access devices.

Access codes must not be shared with persons who are not authorized to enter the accommodation.

Lost keys, access cards, remotes or similar items may result in a replacement charge reflecting the reasonable cost of replacement or reprogramming.

Guests should secure the accommodation when leaving and use any provided safe for valuable personal belongings where appropriate.

16. Electricity and Utilities

Electricity conditions may vary depending on the property and reservation.

Where electricity is included subject to an allowance, or where consumption above an allowance is charged separately, the applicable conditions will be communicated in the property information, reservation confirmation or other booking documentation.

Any additional electricity charge will be calculated according to the applicable consumption and rate for the reservation.

Guests are expected to use electricity and air-conditioning responsibly.

Temporary interruptions to electricity, water, internet or other utilities may occasionally occur due to circumstances involving utility companies, infrastructure or the residential complex.

MYDRAPART will provide reasonable assistance where such an issue is reported but cannot guarantee uninterrupted third-party utility services.

17. Cleaning

A final cleaning fee may apply and will be included or disclosed as part of the reservation.

The final cleaning fee covers normal cleaning following ordinary use of the accommodation.

It does not cover excessive cleaning resulting from extraordinary conditions, misuse, excessive waste, stains, smoking where prohibited, or other conditions requiring additional work.

Where additional cleaning is reasonably required due to the condition in which the accommodation was left, an additional charge may apply.

Additional cleaning during the stay may also be available upon request and subject to availability and an additional fee.

18. Damage

Guests are responsible for damage caused by themselves, accompanying guests or approved pets beyond normal wear and tear.

Guests should notify MYDRAPART promptly if accidental damage occurs.

Where appropriate, MYDRAPART may request reimbursement for the reasonable cost of repair, replacement or additional cleaning.

Supporting documentation may be provided where necessary in connection with a damage claim.

19. Personal Belongings

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings during the stay.

MYDRAPART is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings except to the extent that liability cannot legally be excluded.

Guests are encouraged to secure the accommodation appropriately and use any available safe for passports, money, jewelry and other valuables.

20. Maintenance and Repairs

Guests should report maintenance issues as soon as reasonably possible so that MYDRAPART has an opportunity to investigate and arrange assistance.

Where reasonably necessary, MYDRAPART, authorized maintenance personnel or property representatives may require access to the accommodation to address urgent repairs, safety issues or other necessary property matters.

Except in emergencies, reasonable efforts will be made to coordinate access with the guest.

21. Photos and Property Information

MYDRAPART makes reasonable efforts to present accommodation accurately.

Minor differences may exist due to maintenance, replacement of furniture, decoration, improvements or other changes that do not materially alter the accommodation.

Photographs are intended to provide a representative description of the property and its facilities.

22. Residential Complex Facilities

Some properties are located within independently managed residential complexes.

Facilities such as swimming pools, beaches, restaurants, gyms, parking areas, elevators or other common areas may be operated or controlled by the complex rather than directly by MYDRAPART.

Opening hours, maintenance periods, rules and availability of these facilities may therefore change.

Where MYDRAPART becomes aware of a material restriction affecting a reservation, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate it to the guest.

23. Optional and Third-Party Services

Guests may be offered access to optional services such as airport transfers, excursions, car or golf-cart rental, diving, massages or other activities.

Where a service is expressly identified as being provided by an independent third party, that provider is responsible for the performance of its own service and may apply its own terms and conditions.

MYDRAPART may assist with information or introductions but does not become the provider of an independently supplied service merely by providing the guest with contact information.

24. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund conditions are governed by our separate Cancellation & Refund Policy and any specific conditions communicated for the individual reservation.

The current policy is available at:

www.mydrapart.com/cancellation-policy/

Where an individual reservation has a special or non-refundable rate, the conditions communicated and accepted for that reservation apply.

25. Changes to Reservation Dates

Requests to modify reservation dates are subject to availability and approval.

Changes may result in a different price due to seasonal rates, length of stay or other pricing conditions.

A reservation is not considered modified until MYDRAPART has confirmed the change.

26. No-Show and Early Departure

No-show and early-departure conditions are governed by the applicable reservation conditions and our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Unused nights are not automatically refundable.

27. Third-Party Booking Platforms

Reservations made through platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com or VRBO may be subject to the platform’s own:

  • payment conditions;
  • cancellation policy;
  • refund procedures;
  • dispute procedures; and
  • other booking terms.

Where platform-specific conditions govern a reservation and conflict with MYDRAPART’s standard direct-booking conditions, the conditions applicable to that platform reservation will prevail to the extent of that conflict.

28. Guest Conduct

MYDRAPART may take reasonable action where a guest engages in serious misconduct, illegal activity, intentional property damage, threats, significant disturbance of neighbors or repeated material violations of property rules.

Depending on the seriousness of the situation, this may include requesting that prohibited conduct cease or, where justified, terminating the stay.

Any refund entitlement following termination will depend on the circumstances, applicable booking conditions and applicable law.

29. Circumstances Outside Our Reasonable Control

MYDRAPART is not responsible for failures or delays caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, subject to applicable law.

Such circumstances may include severe weather, natural events, government actions, utility or telecommunications failures, transportation disruption, civil emergencies or actions of independent residential-complex operators.

Where such circumstances affect a reservation, MYDRAPART will make reasonable efforts to assist the guest and determine an appropriate solution based on the circumstances.

Guests are encouraged to obtain suitable travel insurance.

30. Availability of the Booked Accommodation

In the exceptional event that MYDRAPART is unable to provide the confirmed accommodation, we will contact the guest as soon as reasonably possible.

Depending on the circumstances, we may offer:

  • suitable alternative accommodation, where available; or
  • a refund of amounts paid for accommodation or services that MYDRAPART is unable to provide.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

31. Complaints

Guests should report concerns as soon as reasonably possible during the stay so that MYDRAPART has an opportunity to investigate and, where possible, resolve the issue.

For assistance, guests may contact:

office@mydrapart.com

Providing photographs or other relevant information may help us investigate certain property or maintenance issues.

32. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

If a guest believes that a payment has been made incorrectly or that there is an unresolved issue concerning a reservation, cancellation or refund, we encourage the guest to contact MYDRAPART so that the matter can be reviewed.

Where a payment dispute or chargeback is initiated, MYDRAPART may provide relevant documentation to the payment provider, bank or card issuer, including:

  • reservation confirmations;
  • invoices;
  • payment records;
  • cancellation terms;
  • correspondence with the guest; and
  • documentation concerning the accommodation or services.

Nothing in these Terms restricts any rights available to the guest under applicable law or the rules of the relevant payment provider.

33. Privacy

Personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy:

www.mydrapart.com/privacy-policy/

The Privacy Policy explains how MYDRAPART collects, uses, stores and shares personal information in connection with reservations and our services.

34. Website Use

Information provided on the MYDRAPART website is intended to assist guests in reviewing accommodation and making reservations.

Users must not intentionally misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access to its systems or use it for unlawful purposes.

35. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, website text, branding, design elements and other original content published by MYDRAPART may be protected by applicable intellectual-property rights.

Such content may not be commercially reproduced or used without authorization where permission is legally required.

36. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, MYDRAPART is not responsible for indirect losses or for losses arising solely from circumstances outside its reasonable control.

Any liability will be determined according to the circumstances of the reservation, the services actually provided and applicable law.

37. Applicable Law

These Terms & Conditions and direct reservations with MYDRAPART S.R.L. are governed by the applicable laws of the Dominican Republic, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights that may apply.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved directly between the parties, it may be submitted to the competent authority or court in accordance with applicable law.

38. Changes to These Terms

MYDRAPART may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

The current version will be published on our website with its latest revision date.

For an existing confirmed reservation, material booking conditions communicated and accepted when the reservation was made will not be retrospectively replaced merely because the website Terms are later updated, except where required by applicable law or agreed with the guest.
